Andrew Radford
Chair, Andrews and Partners

Andrew joined Andrews as Non-Executive Director in 1987 and became Chairman in 2005. He has a degree in Business Studies, specialising in Marketing and HR. He is also Chair of Andrews Charitable Trust (ACT), the biggest of the three charitable owners of Andrews. As part of Andrew's vision as Chair of both organisations, he is keen to develop ways of cementing the relationship between Andrews and its charitable owners.

Roger Witcomb
Non-Executive Director

Roger, previously Finance Director of National Power, joined Andrews in 2005 as a Non-Executive Director. Roger is a Senior Adviser at Actis, a Non-Executive Director of Anglian Water and Chairman of Opportunity International UK, a microfinance company launched in 1991 with a grant from ACT. He is also a governor of the University of Winchester.

David Saint
Non-Executive Director

David joined Andrews as Non-Executive Director in 2006 and is a trustee of Andrews Charitable Trust and the Christian Initiative Trust. A leading authority on strategy, management and fundraising, David established Action Planning in 1990 after working in regional fundraising and fundraising director posts with Scope, Sense, SANE and Arthritis Care. David is a member of several not-for-profit organisations and works closely with the Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations (ACEVO) delivering training and advice.

Michael Robson
Group Chief Executive

Michael joined Andrews Estate Agents in 1976 as a Trainee Sales Negotiator and held a number of management positions within Andrews culminating in the position of Group Chief Executive in 1990. Michael is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, a Director of the Ombudsman for Estate Agency Company Limited, Chairman of the Christian Initiative Trust an Andrews minority shareholding charitable trust and a trustee of Andrews Charitable Trust (ACT).

Nick Wright
Financial Director

Nick graduated with an Economics degree from Warwick University, then subsequently qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Nick joined Andrews as Finance Director in 1987. He is also Company Secretary, Chairman of Andrews' Pension Fund, Trustee and Treasurer of Andrews' shareholding charities.

 

Andrew Greetham
Managing Director

Andrew joined Andrews in 1982 as a Trainee Sales Negotiator. He was appointed to the board in January 1996 and took over management responsibility for the Gloucestershire/Oxon region. He is currently Divisional Managing Director, Andrews Estate Agents.

David Westgate
Divisional Managing Director, Andrews Letting and Management

David graduated from Bristol Polytechnic in 1989 with an Honours degree in Housing and Property Development. David joined Andrews in 1997 having worked for both private property companies and corporately owned organisations, principally in the residential field. David is a fellow of the RICS and became a chartered surveyor in 1992. He was promoted to the board in 1999 and has overseen the rapid expansion of Andrews' lettings business. He is currently Divisional Managing Director of Andrews Letting & Management. He also manages Andrews' commercial property portfolio.

Ronda Green
Marketing and Customer Services Director

Ronda joined Andrews as Marketing Manager in 1997. She developed her interest and knowledge of consumer relations during her 5 year tenure as a manager within the NHS. Prior to joining Andrews, Ronda held a number of marketing positions within the IT industry. She was promoted to the board in November 2000 and is currently Marketing & Customer Services Director for the Andrews Group. She is also Compliance Director for Andrews Estate Agents.

Chris Chapman
Financial Services Director

Chris joined Andrews in 1981 as a Mortgage Consultant, having previously been a Life Inspector. Chris has enjoyed an established career in the field of Financial Services, working at Nat West, Leeds Permanent Building Society, National Mutual Life and then Andrews. Chris was promoted to the board in 1998 and is currently Financial Services Director for Andrews & Partners. He is responsible for the growth and development of Andrews Mortgage Services.
