David Westgate, Group Chief Executive
Previously MD of our lettings business, David also managed our corporate property portfolio services. He was promoted to the board in 1999, two years after joining us with residential experience in both private property companies and corporations. A chartered surveyor since 1992, he’s a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Alison Nunez, Managing Director
Alison joined us in 2016 from a major Corporate Property Group. With over 25 year's experience in the property industry, Alison brings her passion and extensive Lettings and Sales knowledge - gained across the UK - to the Andrews Group.
Paul Bumford, Managing Director
Responsible for process and compliance, along with the ongoing development of Andrews Mortgage Services, Paul brought more than 30 years’ experience with some of the industry’s biggest names when he joined us in 2014 from Legal & General.
Nick Wright, Chief Financial Officer
As a qualified chartered accountant, Nick looks after the Andrews Group finances. Joining as Finance Director in 1987, he is now also Company Secretary, Trustee and Treasurer of all Andrews’ shareholding charities.
Steven Esom, Chairman
Steven joined the Andrews team at the end of 2017, taking over the role of chairman. Starting out buying biscuits for Sainsbury’s as a graduate trainee, his enviable career history has seen him working with other notably big names in the food industry such as at Marks and Spencers where he was Executive Officer and Waitrose as Managing Director. Not just limited to one sector, Steven has also worked as the Vice-President of Hilton hotels and Ladbrokes as Buying Director.
Paul Heal, Non-Executive Director
Paul has spent most of his working career with Pricewaterhouse Coopers, the international accounting firm, the last 20 years or so as a Partner, based mainly in Bristol but for a time in New York. Paul is no stranger to ACT as he has provided audit and accountancy services to Andrews & Partners. Now retired, Paul and his wife live on a smallholding and breed pedigree Jacob’s sheep and a motley collection of rare breeds of chickens. Paul became a trustee for ACT in 2010 and is the Chair of the ACT Finance and Investments Committee.
