Jim Glover - Chairman
Jim Glover
Jim joined Andrews & Partners as Non-Executive Director in 2011, and was appointed as new Company Chairman in January 2012. Jim has extensive experience at the highest level in both the retail and charity sectors as the former managing director of Superdrug and the current chair of learning disability charity Mencap. He is is also Chair of Grafham Grange Special Educational Trust and a Director of RAF Charitable Trust Enterprises (RAFCTE).
Michael Robson - Group Chief Executive
Michael Robson
Michael joined Andrews Estate Agents in 1976 as a Trainee Sales Negotiator and held a number of management positions within Andrews culminating in the position of Group Chief Executive in 1990. Michael is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, a Director of the Property Ombudsman, Chairman of the Christian Initiative Trust an Andrews minority shareholding charitable trust, a trustee of Andrews Charitable Trust (ACT) and a trustee of the Estate Agency Foundation (EAF). Nick Wright - Finance Director
Nick Wright
Nick is Finance Director for Andrews Group. Nick graduated with an Economics degree from Warwick University, then subsequently qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Nick joined Andrews as Finance Director in 1987. He is also Company Secretary, Chairman of Andrews’ Pension Fund, Trustee and Treasurer of Andrews’ shareholding charities and trustee and Company Secretary of the Estate Agency Foundation (EAF).
David Westgate – Managing Director, Andrews Letting & Management
David Westgate
David is Managing Director of Andrews Letting & Management. He also manages Andrews’ commercial property portfolio. David graduated from Bristol Polytechnic in 1989 with an Honours degree in Housing and Property Development. David joined Andrews in 1997 having worked for both private property companies and corporately owned organisations, principally in the residential field. David is a fellow of the RICS and became a chartered surveyor in 1992. He was promoted to the board in 1999 and has overseen the rapid expansion of Andrews’ lettings business.
Ronda Green – Marketing & Customer Services Director
Ronda Green
Ronda is Marketing & Customer Services Director for the Andrews Group. She is also Compliance Director for Andrews Estate Agents. Ronda joined Andrews as Marketing Manager in 1997. She has a foundation degree in Housing Management from University of West of England. Ronda has held a number of marketing positions within the IT industry and the NHS. She was promoted to the board in November 2000. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Chris Chapman – Financial Services Director
Chris Chapman
Chris is Financial Services Director for the Andrews Financial Services. Chris joined Andrews in 1981 as a Mortgage Consultant, having previously been a Life Inspector. Chris has enjoyed an established career in the field of Financial Services, working at Natwest, Leeds Permanent Building Society, National Mutual Life and then Andrews. Chris was promoted to the board in 1998. He is responsible for the growth and development of Andrews Mortgage Services.
Andy Ferrington - IT Director
Andy Ferrington
Andy is the IT Director for the Andrews Group. After graduating from Lancaster University with an honours degree, Andy worked in IT consulting and management roles, nationally and internationally, before joining the Andrews Group as IT Manager in 2005. Andy was promoted to the board in 2010 to focus on the development and delivery of the Group's IT Strategy.
