As one of the first independent estate agents to sign up to the Ombudsman Scheme for Estate Agents, we have set new standards of professionalism and customer focus within the industry. Many of our staff are currently studying for the Certificate in Practice of Estate Agency qualification (CPEA) which takes 2 years to complete and provides an unsurpassed level of competency and professionalism.

Andrews Letting and Management (ALM)
Andrews Letting & Management offers a flexible and responsive service to landlords and tenants and currently manages over
4500 properties. There are currently 33 separate lettings outlets and 12 virtual
branches within the group and these are mainly housed within Estate Agency branches, which enables Andrews to offer a full range of property services locally. The Lettings Division continues to expand with new branch openings planned throughout the coming years. Andrews Letting & Management is a founding member of ARLA - the Association of Residential Letting Agents and is also a member of NALS - National Approved Letting Scheme, another "kite mark" of good practice.
