Essence, Bristol - Linden Homes

64 apartments located 1/2 mile from the city centre of Bristol. Using our local City and Bishopston offices to send leads to the site, our sales team helped with many of the sales during a difficult time in the market in 2009 and 2010. Andrews has acted for Linden on many sites over the last 10 years.

Minerva, Bristol - Charles Church

66 converted apartments in a stunnning Victorian orphanage. Andrews was engaged to staff and market the development during 2008. Successfully selling and introducing many of the buyers from our local network of offices.

Christopher Thomas Court - Jephson Housing Association

Part of a large social housing development in the heart of Bristol City Centre, Andrews was the marketing agent dealing with all the open market sales on the development during 2009 and introducing all the buyers from our branch network and new homes management. With our lettings department, we also assisted in renting out many of the rental units.

Herschel Place, Bath - Rectory Homes

A beautiful development of 14 units set just off the City Centre. Andrews' local Bath network of 4 branches introduced many of the buyers. We also staffed the site on behalf of the developer during 2008. With Andrews new Homes organising all the advertising in the local media.
