Role of Managing Agent
We have undertaken a list of duties stated below, which we believe to encompass the role of a Managing Agent and Property Administrator.
- Establish computer based diary system to incorporate all diary-related functions such as Insurance renewal and any contract renewal.
- Design and operation of planned maintenance programmes and liaison with the client, as required.
- Property visits and inspections carried out as necessary.
- To organise and attend the Annual General Meeting.
- To act as Company Secretary and carry out all Management Company administration with Companies House.
- Ensure mechanical and technical compliance with machinery for 'Health and Safety' compliance.
- The raising of service charge demands, advice and recovery of Service allocation.
- Payment of all contractors/suppliers invoices together with allocation.
- Provision of reports to the client including all statements and accounting information, as required.
- Tailor made accounts forecasting to your requirements.
