Role of Managing Agent

We have undertaken a list of duties stated below, which we believe to encompass the role of a Managing Agent and Property Administrator.

  • Establish computer based diary system to incorporate all diary-related functions such as Insurance renewal and any contract renewal.
  • Design and operation of planned maintenance programmes and liaison with the client, as required.
  • Property visits and inspections carried out as necessary.
  • To organise and attend the Annual General Meeting.
  • To act as Company Secretary and carry out all Management Company administration with Companies House.
  • Ensure mechanical and technical compliance with machinery for 'Health and Safety' compliance.
  • The raising of service charge demands, advice and recovery of Service allocation.
  • Payment of all contractors/suppliers invoices together with allocation.
  • Provision of reports to the client including all statements and accounting information, as required.
  • Tailor made accounts forecasting to your requirements.
