Keeping it simple
We don’t believe in using jargon and making things more complicated than they need to be – that’s why the Plain Language Commission gave our terms of business, and our tenancy agreement, their Plain English Approval.
Deposits
We are members of the mydeposits scheme. Since the Housing Act 2004, tenants' deposits must be held in an approved scheme. Andrews holds this deposit in a designated client-bonded account on behalf of the tenant.
