Working closely with the team at Bray Leino, we’ve launched the My Selling app that allows anyone selling their home to manage the sale of their property from their mobile device. The app offers users five simple functions: Profile, Properties, Viewings, Offers, and Summary. Sellers can view their properties for sale and manage requested viewings. In addition, offers are clearly listed, giving the seller time to review, reject/accept, or call a member of our branch staff, all from within the app. The live updates on marketing performance and feedback keep the home owner informed on the latest developments by barely lifting a finger. The app also includes the full integration of appointments with the device’s calendar meaning that never again will viewings be double booked!
