These terms and conditions form the basis of the contract through which Andrews Investor Club (AIC, we or us) will deliver a service to you as an AIC member (you). On becoming a member of AIC you are automatically agreeing to these terms and conditions and you are providing us with the appropriate consent to handle your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

At the point of renewal of your membership, if you have applied for the Platinum Membership your membership payment of £250 + VAT (£300) and your signed renewal invitation will be confirmation of your agreement to enter into a 12 month membership with AIC. If you have applied for the Gold Membership the return of your signed renewal invitation letter will be confirmation of your agreement to enter into a 12 month membership with AIC. You may not transfer any of your rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to another person.
If AIC do not receive the return of your signed renewal invitation acceptance within 21 days of your renewal date, then your membership will automatically lapse. Cancellations
Your AIC Membership is a 12 month agreement. You will receive a renewal notice in advance of the anniversary of your application date, informing you of your entitlement to cancel.
If you wish to cancel your membership, you must inform us of your intention to cancel a minimum of ten working days prior to the anniversary of your application. This notice should be provided directly to us, in writing by letter or via email.
Once renewal of your membership has occurred, it will still be possible to cancel your membership, but we are not obliged to offer a refund (**).
(**) Platinum Membership.
We reserve the right to increase the price of the membership subscription on an annual basis.
You will be informed of any fee increase within your renewal letter.
Our liability to you will not extend to any membership related benefits, goods or services provided by an external provider. This includes services provided by other companies within the Andrews Property Group of companies (Andrews Estate Agents, Andrews Letting & Management & Andrews Mortgage Services), herein referred to as the Andrews Group. We specifically exclude liability for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of your involvement in whatever manner with an external provider.
These Terms and Conditions do not and shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Diligence and care should be taken when using the information and advice provided. We use our best endeavors to ensure all information and advice provided by us is as up to date as possible. However, you should not rely on the information provided as the sole basis for making business, legal or other decisions. You should seek appropriate independent advice before making any such decisions.
AIC is the Data Controller and Data Processor of any personal data you supply. The personal data you supply will be used to process your membership subscription. As a member of AIC your data will be used for marketing, statistical and analytical purposes and to administer your membership. You will receive membership communications and from time to time we will let you know about promotions. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are consenting for AIC to share your contact details with other companies within the Andrews Group. This is for the purpose of providing other services which may be of interest to you.
If you choose to use the services recommended by AIC, you may be charged a fee. This fee will be agreed directly between you and the service provider. AIC may be entitled to receive, where appropriate, payment for such services.
If you instruct AIC to sell a property, you will be charged a fee as stipulated in the Terms of Business.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based.
If any court or competent authority decides that any of the provisions of these Terms are invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, the term will, to that extent only, be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
A person who is not party to these Terms shall not have any rights under or in connection with them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
We will respond to any complaint or query received within 15 working days. This may be an acknowledgement that we have received a complaint whilst further investigations are carried out.
