Andrews worked with the developer Greensquare Homes from the land purchase, to employing staff members specifically on site, successfully selling all 43 units for the developer less than a year.

Situated above the popular Harvey Nichols department store in the heart of Cabot Circus. A range of one and two bedroom apartments featuring balconies, with the penthouse apartments on the 13th floor offering fantastic views over the City of Bristol.
Andrews was engaged to staff and market the development in 2012/13 by the Birmingham developer MCD Developments Limited and sold 45 units.
