Group Sales Director

Max started as Group Sales Director in February 2024 and will be based here, there and everywhere! He is excited to spend time in our branches, meeting our teams and helping to support the great work Andrews are doing.

"I’ve worked in a number of the same areas as Andrews previously, and often looked enviously at our charity heritage and ethos. Now I’m part of it!  Andrews is a genuine “people first” business. Whether that’s our lovely clients or our teams. A business that really is doing something positive."

My top tips would be:

  1. Research, research, research. Whether it’s understanding what properties are available (the portals are great for this), to school catchment areas or transport links. There is a huge amount of info online that will help you make the right decisions.
  2. Get the right mortgage advice, it will make a huge difference in the long run. We can help!
  3. Try and think both short, medium and long term. Will this purchase or let be practical today, what about 6 months, or 6 years?
