Simon joined Andrews in 2021 having previously held the role of People Director, becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2023 and then Chief Purpose Officer In 2025. Outside work, Simon is a trustee for a branch of the RSPCA and loves to tour in his campervan or motorcycle.
