A Property Manager

We assign a dedicated property manager to each development, giving you a single, reliable point of contact. Our property managers handle both block and estate management, overseeing individual blocks of flats as well as broader community estate services including grounds maintenance, car parks, play parks and open fields whilst ensuring that we are delivering and working towards biodiversity plans. Our property managers are also highly experienced in resolving boundary issues, parking disputes and any other matters that arise in estate management.

Our property managers conduct regular inspections, manage repairs, and oversee major work projects, including Section 20 processes to ensure compliance with the law. They also organise and complete AGMs and director meetings, manage finances, service charge accounts and resolve conflicts. With our professional accreditation and commitment to excellence, you can trust that your property is in good hands.
