You can stay updated on requests to view your property through the My Andrews portal, with the option to accept viewings at times that suit you.

Offers

Once we have received offers on your property, we will confirm them within 24 hours. When you have decided on a buyer, we will contact your solicitor, the buyer and the buyer’s solicitor in preparation for exchange. Once contracts have been exchanged, the sale becomes legally binding on both sides.

Completion

Together with the buyer, you will agree on a completion date when the remaining purchase price is transferred to your solicitor. Your solicitor will give notice when the money has cleared and instruct us to release the keys to your buyer. Congratulations, your sale is complete!
