We were renting a property at this time and wanted to get on the property ladder as soon as we could afford to.
What were you looking for in your new property?
We were looking for a minimum 3 bedroom house, off-street parking, (big) garden, close to a train station into central London, close to good primary and secondary schools, good overall condition of the property.
