According to data from Rightmove properties sold faster in the first two weeks of April 2021 than ever previously recorded, and 23% of properties sold in March were agreed within just 7 days.
However, the number of homes for sale across the UK is at a record low, so if you are thinking of moving then you might not be able to secure your dream home straight away!
This demand on property has led to house price growth now being at its strongest across the UK since October 2014.
