Energy efficient homes boost price of property
Homes sold with an EPC rating of A or B achieved a 10% price premium compared to properties with an EPC energy efficient rating of D over the past year.

Just 6% of re-sale properties sold achieved the A or B rating, however, 60% of properties have the potential, with improvements to hit A or B. Therefore, it might be worth considering investing in your property now so that you can benefit from the rewards when you sell.
