Our 7th [establish] house
We are excited to announce the opening of our next [establish] property, in partnership with Oxfordshire Youth.
This house is our 7th [establish] property and will house 4 young people, bringing the total amount of young people housed within the [establish] project to 21.
This house will provide a safe and secure home, at an affordable rent whilst the young people are navigating their journey into work, with support from Oxfordshire Youth. The house has also been retrofitted with the latest environmentally friendly initiatives and includes an Air Source Heat pump which will make the property much more energy efficient.
Andrews staff worked closely with Andrews Chartiable Trust to help source and launch the property, and will also be providing property maintanence support once the tenants have moved in.
