Andrews doubles down at their ESTAS debut
We won Gold for Best Large Letting Agency Award, which was voted for by our Landlords, and we also collected the Silver Trophy for Best Large Estate Agency Award.
However, it was not only in these national categories against Property Industry giants that we were recognised. Andrews’ Lettings teams in Barnet, Keynsham and Tewkesbury all picked up Bronze Awards in their regions, which were London North, South West (Avon, Dorset and Somerset) and Southern (Berks, Bucks, Glos and Oxon) respectively. Meanwhile, our Estate Agency team in Kingsbury won the Bronze Award for Best London North West Estate Agent and Longwell Green for Best Southern (Gloucestershire) Estate Agent.
This was the first year that we had entered these prestigious awards, which are unique within the industry, as the results are based entirely on the feedback of our customers – buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. This makes us even prouder of what these wins represents, because it means that you, our customers, believe we are providing the service you deserve.
This incredible honour comes just a few weeks after we were awarded the Feefo Trusted Service Award, an award that, similar to the ESTAS, is a reflection of our customer service. We were awarded this accolade because we had maintained a high customer feedback rating of at least a 4 star rating on the Feefo site over a significant volume of reviews.
The combination of both our ESTAS wins and the Feefo Trusted Service Award highlight our dedication to our customers, and we’re honoured that this commitment has been recognised by the industry.
