Located in the heart of Southfields village, we first opened our doors in 2004. Almost 20 years on, our friendly team of experienced property professionals are here to cater to all property needs our customers may have. Our refined local sales, lettings and property management team has combined experience of over 6 decades. This means we have operated in various challenging markets and we have dealt with any possible challenges one can come across when selling or letting a property. Our coverage spreads throughout most of the Wandsworth Borough. Whether you are looking to rent your first home seconds away from underground station or you are looking to let your 6-bedroom detached family home with a swimming pool overlooking Wimbledon Park, our team will have the right experience and approach to look after you during this important time in your life.

When leaving Southfields underground, you would never have guessed that you are less than six miles away from the busy Leicester Square. This village-like neighbourhood attracts residents who prefer a quieter and slower pace of live at the end of their busy working day.

Offering a selection of fantastic primary and secondary schools, open green spaces of Wimbledon Park and an array of coffee shops, independent grocery stores and butchers, it is no wonder why Southfields is so popular amongst families and professionals who enjoy finer quality of life.

The one exception to that is thanks to Wimbledon Tennis tournament, where for two weeks a year, this usually peaceful and family orientated part of South West London transforms in to worlds most known and talked about location. But fear not, shortly after Wimbledon, things go back to normal. The community spirit takes the centre court again and preparation for Halloween and the Annual Christmas light switch are underway.

Who is part of the team and what is a typical day for you all?

Our days are action packed and you can never know what the day will have in store and that’s the way we like it! I guess it takes a certain type of person to thrive in our fast pace environment and we hand picked the right individuals to ensure a smooth journey for our landlords and tenants.

Offering a wealth of experience in corporate lettings agency, the division is managed by Tomasz Faba MARLA. Having worked for some of our competitors, it is Andrews he decided to call his long-time family and has been with us for 7 years. Highly knowledgeable in his field, he is the one you want to speak to if you are facing difficult time as a landlord and need advice.

Known for excellent customer service (just check our google reviews) Michael Villacis (negotiator) looks after everyone who chooses to rent their future home in our neighbourhood. And looks after them he does. His infectious smile, friendly approach and willing attitude makes him stand out from the crowd. Michael gets the job done.

Our culture and values aren’t just a corporate slogan. They are real and alive which helps us retain excellent industry talent. Our property manager Michelle Smethurst is an excellent example of it. Michelle has been with us for the last 17 years. During that time, she has gained incomparable experience our landlords and tenants benefit from every day.
